Fixing the Future

As part of a national event, RDI, in partnership with Bijou Art Cinemas is hosting a screening of the documentary Fixing the Future, where host David Brancaccio (of public radio’s Marketplace and NOW on PBS) visits people across America that are attempting a revolution: the reinvention of the American economy. Featuring communities using innovative approaches to create jobs and build sustainability, Fixing the Future inspires hope and renewal in tough economic times.

Special Opening Day at Renovated Little League Field in Sisters

RDI's Gary Stewart delivered the opening pitch to start off the season at the newly renovated Little League field in Sisters, Oregon. As part of their class project, The Sisters Ford Institute Leadership Program class rebuilt the dugouts, re-poured the concrete floors, replaced the stadium seating, handrails, and steps, and painted the entire complex.
