I joined RDI in 2004 while completing my Masters in Adult Education at Oregon State University. I oversee The Ford Institute Leadership Program community scheduling, curriculum development, delivery, and coordination with The Ford Family Foundation. I also work on a range of rural policy issues as a member of the Oregon Rural Community Development Council. Prior to working at RDI, I traveled many of the back roads of the Northwest reporting on rural communities, and the natural resource industries as founder of the Northwest Ag Information Network. My wife Claudia and I have two grown children and live on a small farm in Newberg, OR. Contact me regarding any of our leadership services.
