Tim McQueary retired in 2004 as a department manager from Wah Chang in Albany, Oregon after 37 years. Tim was serving on the Sweet Home Economic Group when RDI first offered community leadership training for economically depressed timber communities in the early 1990s. Tim is presently serving on many committees and councils including the Governor’s Commission on Senior Services, Public Transit Advisory Committee, and Albany Visitor’s Association Board and volunteers for the Oregon Community Foundation as a grant reviewer/member of the Southern Willamette Valley Regional Action Initiative Group.
RDI’s success depends on talented people who are passionate about building healthy communities and advancing social progress. All RDI team members are flexible, entrepreneurial, and love working with rural people across the Northwest.
