Throughout her career, Janet worked in both the public and non-profit sectors completing her working career as the CEO of the Siskiyou Family YMCA in Northern California. Since its inception, Janet has been closely involved with the Ford Institute Leadership Program and currently serves as a Fellow for the Ford Family Foundation. Janet is also on the board of the Siskiyou Training and Employment Program and volunteers for the Siskiyou Land Trust in an effort to save and conserve wildlands, forests, and agricultural areas in Northern California.
