I live in the Applegate Valley in Southern Oregon and I am a graduate of the Ford Institute Leadership Program. I have been with RDI since June 2012 and will be delivering the Ford Institute Leadership Program and assisting with Organizational Development work. I was born in Ashland, grew up in Lakeview and attended college in the Willamette Valley finally settling in the Applegate Valley in the late 1990s. I have an extensive background working in non profit organizations in rural Oregon and Northern California since the late 1970s. My work has been primarily with at risk youth and native youth programs, alternative schools, arts organizations, and work with rural community issues. I have worked as the Executive Director of two training and technical assistance organizations serving non profits in Oregon and the Northwest region as well as development work with arts organizations and strategic planning/organizational development work.
