Lauren Kolojejchick-Kotch

I am happy to be able to serve rural communities in Oregon, Washington and my home state of Idaho by managing RDI’s Economic Vitality Roadmap program, collaborations with Oregon Main Street organizations, First Impressions, and supporting regional agritourism value chain development. I am also happy to support policy advocacy and deeper civic engagement by Rural constituents in my role at RDI.

I hold a B.A in economics from Seattle University and bring experience in community engagement, local food systems development, tourism coordination with economies in transition, and rural public policy. I have had the privilege to represent a number of wonderful nonprofits in my career with stints at the Center for Rural Affairs, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and two-terms as a RARE-Americorps member serving as Network Manager for the Columbia Gorge Tourism Alliance.  I am currently based in southern Klickitat County, Washington, and enjoy gardening, raising ducks, and trail running.
