Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations navigate that delicate balance between bold entrepreneurial initiatives and fiscally conservative practices while expanding their mission and vision. What drives me every day is my passion for building stronger communities by helping people unlock their potential. In my role as Director of Leadership and Community Engagement, I focus on strengthening organizations and projects through meaningful involvement—connecting with local people, recognizing their unique leadership skills, and empowering them to take on community-based leadership roles that contribute to their community’s success.
When I’m not immersed in community work, you’ll often find me with my cello, playing music at local venues here in beautiful Moscow, Idaho, where I live with my husband, three children, and our menagerie of creatures including dogs, cats, frogs, fish, and a gecko named Lizzie.
