The “Lunchtime Leadership” program is an interactive, dynamic leadership development course tailored for rural leaders in the Pacific Northwest. 

By the end of the program, participants will leave equipped with the knowledge and confidence to lead impactful projects and drive sustainable rural development.

Key Highlights:

• Interactive Sessions: Engage with peers through real-time discussions and hands-on activities during the lunch hour.
• Rural-Focused Content: Understand community leadership concepts and explore vital topics such as community vitality, rural leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Network Building: Develop a network of passionate rural leaders committed to enacting positive change in their communities.
• Practical Tools: Gain skills in advocacy, framing ideas, and collaboration to address rural challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Tailored Approach: Focuses on issues unique to rural communities and empowers local leaders to implement lasting, community-driven solutions.

All participants who attend are eligible to nominate their community for an in-person gathering and site visit with RDI to explore local vitality and leadership pipeline development.
