Cathy was born in Mexico and moved to the United States with her parents at the age of 5. She is the oldest of eight siblings. She moved to Washington State and started her career supporting families as a Housing Case Manager. She brings many skills to the RDI team and is excited to take a break from direct services to try something new. She continues to perform part-time duties as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault.

When not at work, Cathy enjoys the outdoors and long walks on the beach. She loves her grandchildren and enjoys helping them set goals and find their career paths.
