Born and raised in Queretaro, Mexico, Erubiel’s family moved to Oregon in the late 90s to Woodburn, Oregon. Aspiring to go to college, he enlisted with the U.S. Army National Guard in Oregon. After graduating from Western Oregon University with a B.A. The arts (theater, dance and music), he went to work for non-profits for ten years. A chef by trait, organizer by heart, thespian, artist, father of three, master gardener, master bee keeper, and now a bilingual facilitator/trainer for RDI, serving Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Erubiel’s work includes delivering business development trainings and leadership development in rural cities in Oregon.
