We’re hiring a Leadership Services Business Manager to be a major player in our leadership development and economic vitality efforts throughout the rural Pacific Northwest.

We’re looking for a dynamic person who is experienced in leadership development, nonprofit fund development, and relationship-based sales.

Our ideal candidate is a professional, motivated, flexible self-starter who is passionate about rural issues and can thrive in a collaborative, virtual environment. We’re looking for a teammate with an understanding of rural economies, people, and places.

You should have at least three years of related experience plus a relevant degree. This position requires strong organizational skills coupled with excellent time management skills. The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures is a must. Training experience is a plus.

This position will require extensive local and some national travel. You’ll need to be comfortable driving in all weather conditions and be okay working with energized community members on scheduled evenings/weekends.

The location of this position is flexible, with a preference for a home office with easy airport access.
