The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has funded the Rural Leadership Pathways Learning Initiative, an effort to inventory different ways leaders are being developed in rural places and highlight innovative approaches. You are invited to share with us ways your community or organization grows new leaders and supports existing leaders.
Please click here to complete the Inventory Tool to let us know more about your approach; 25 programs from throughout the nation will be selected to convene at two Rural Ideas Summits in March and September to exchange ideas and educate philanthropists about innovative programs. Submissions due by January 6.
