November marks the final session of the inaugural Ready, Set, Grant! series held in Burns, OR, and offered in partnership with RDI and Kelley Nonprofit Consulting. Attendees of this comprehensive grant writing workshop hail from five different communities including the Burns Paiute Tribe, representing 14 organizations serving Harney, Grant, and Malheur Counties. Representatives of these organizations focus on a wide range of areas, from education to conservation to health care. One-on-one coaching efforts continue past the final session and are tailored to each project as participants learn to make their grant proposals a success.
