Marci is a part of the Rural Economic Vitality team at RDI, serving as the Project Manager for the USDA Rural Development funded Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge project in Othello, WA. She works closely with communities in Western Washington, Northeastern Oregon, and Idaho. She supports the Rural Community Leadership Program which she graduated from in 2018. She is also excited to begin delivery of the Rural Civic Engagement Program in 2024. Marci lives in Moscow, ID with her husband and preschooler on their organic vegetable farm.
