A collaboration between the Center for Women’s Leadership (CWL) and RDI that’s uniquely curated for rural women leaders to learn to navigate local and state government, define and champion community priorities, develop compelling issue and candidate campaigns, and create action plans that make things happen.

This trip to Salem, OR, to visit the Capitol and witness state government firsthand is part of the program that begins in October and includes four virtual sessions featuring inspiring elected officials and leaders across sectors.
