With mixed emotions, we said goodbye to our colleague Lauren Kolojejchick-Kotch this month as she focuses on a new path ahead in service of communities in the Pacific Northwest. When we think of Lauren, we think of her curiosity, intellect, compassion, talent, and so much more. We have been honored to have worked alongside Lauren for the past three years as she managed and supported some of RDI’s rural policy and economic vitality efforts, including our Main Street Economic Vitality hub workshop series.  As a true champion for rural people and places, we have no doubt Lauren will bring this dedication into her new studies and future projects. While we will miss her, we wish Lauren the best and are looking forward to seeing the positive impact she will make going forward.
