Flexibility, accounting, and community come together with this Finance Manager position. We are seeking an experienced accountant or bookkeeper to oversee our small but vital finance department.
We are looking for a versatile leader to play an important position on our team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, inquisitive, trustworthy, forward-looking, and have proven experience in accounting and human resources. As a strong communicator and skilled professional, RDI’s Finance Manager will help our team streamline budgeting, human resource, and financial reporting processes. They will create reports and tools to inform and assist project managers, leadership, and the board. With their teammates, they will help improve the organization’s operational efficiency and facilitate our continued growth.
Candidates will be successful if they are both energized by complex decision-making and comfortable completing intricate tasks; must be adept at maintaining large spreadsheets and value building trusted working relationships with colleagues and partners. As with many nonprofits, the finance role includes HR functions such as payroll oversight and benefit administration.

RDI offers this position at .75-1.0 FTE with a hiring salary range between $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and prorated depending upon FTE. The complete full-time salary range for this position is $60,000-$90,000.
